They took a payment from a friends credit card to start by policy. He agreed to a one time payment. Less then a month later his card was charged again without his consent. I contacted their customer service to alert them of the error and they refused to return the money. The money was taken on the 11th and I cancelled my policy on the 8th. There should even have been a payment due... hes now working with his bank to dispute it since they refused to refund his account. I'm so disappointed in the customer service side of this! Taking a payment from a card that you don't have authorization to use is fraud! Unfortunately, they are only worried about their money.

My name is *******. My vehicle was struck by someone insured by this company on 11/03/2019. The company is not returning my calls nor have they sent a claims adjuster to assess my vehicle. I've called and left messages with multiple people. Also there customer service is terrible. If I could rate lower I would.

The claim was reported to our company on Sunday, November 3, 2019 when the claims department is closed. The assigned adjuster attempted contact with the claimant on November 5, 2019 but there was no answer, and a voice message was left. Appraisals are not automatically assigned until contact is made with the customer. The claimant called the following business day, November 6, and although she had to leave a voicemail, the assigned adjuster returned her call and spoke with her. The adjuster explained the claims process and sent a link for the customer to upload her pictures for an estimate to be written.

My daughter was rear ended on June 23, 2019 by an Infinity insurance policyholder. Infinity initially tried to deny coverage when working with my AAA insurance. After repeated calls from my AAA and myself, they finally responded after weeks. They provided the worst customer service by never returning calls, hence stalling the insurance claim and payment. After repeated voice mails, they finally provided a Property Damage Release on August 12, 2019. The claim was valued at $5,284.79 as a total loss of the vehicle. However, due to a $10,000 limit, they only allowed $3741.20 as other parties were involved. Reluctantly, I submitted the release and sent back on August 31, 2019. There was then additional weeks of spin of transitioning to different departments with repeated voice mails. I finally go through on Sept 25th and was told there was an error and that the payment was not allowed at $3741.20. They have not returned calls since September 25th after repeated attempts to get this resolved. They are already trying to scam out of the full amount and now trying to cut down even further. In the meantime, don't have a vehicle.
